After selling my successful San Diego area practice in 1995 I have provided in-office coaching for - and learned from - over 500 dental offices. I enjoy lecturing on technology, team building, transitions, and how to predictably take your practice to the next level. I have published dozens of articles for Dental Economics, among other national and local dental journals, and am the recipient of the California Dental Association’s award for “Demonstration of Highest Standards of Professional Attitude, Integrity, and Promise of Leadership." I am a licensed broker in the state of California. When I’m not personally coaching a select group of high achieving dental teams, I spend my time enjoying life on the Central Coast with my wife Diana and three kids.
